When it comes to our Gateway pairing process, you can easily find the main menu at the upper left corner and select Gateway - G2. Make sure to connect to power before proceeding to the next step. If you switch on the power too early, it may result in a "search failed" notification. Once you configure the wifi information successfully, you will see a "Gateway" column in the "Settings."

To connect Alexa and the gateway, download the "Amazon Alexa" app on your mobile phone and find "Skills & Games" in the menu bar. Search for “TTlock” and enter the login interface to enable it. If the login fails, make sure to fill in the area code "+1" before your account. Use the "discover" command for Alexa, and the Locks option will appear on the page once successfully paired.
